Cancellation Policy
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request must be made at pathan.fiza@gmail.com with your email ID and Phone number used during registration or by calling us on +91-9820869361.
Refund Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy before buying our products. Our refund policy is applicable only for 24 hours from time and date of purchase. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We therefore urge you to watch the free video lecture available on the Course Catalog page before buying our product, so that you can check whether the course content available as video lectures will suit your requirements. If the progress report in your and our database indicates that you have viewed the video or audio lectures, we will be unable to refund your amount.
As you are aware several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Our video lectures can be considered perishable/downloadable as they can be consumed (watched) in a period of 24 hours.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. On such notification your access to the purchased product will be terminated immediately.
If you request is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 10 days from issuance of refund order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at pathan.fiza@gmail.com attaching all the details.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item cannot be viewed (video lectures) or heard (audio transcripts), send us an email at crisismanagement.biz@gmail.com giving details of PC or tablet used, their configuration, internet speed (as bandwidth is important to avoid buffering) with screenshots. We will try and see if your problem can be resolved at our end or needs to be relayed to the LMS dealer.
Caveat
Please note that no claim is made or exists that watching our video lectures without adequate preparation on the student’s part will ensure their success. These video lectures are only an adjunct to the school’s lectures and to adequate textbook preparation.
In Conclusion
Despite anything mentioned aforesaid and without prejudice to our company (Crisis Management) and its interests and cause, individually or severally, the decision of determining use or unuse of our product lies with us. In any event, our liability will only extend to reimbursing the original cost of the product.
